The Warrior is not afraid of any demon or death. He's been already in heaven and hell.
What is more powerful and scary than Gaia herself? Nothing. Gaia is just a victim of her own nature. Only she turns on and off her light. All the other ones are just miserably trying to eclipse and contain her power in her own universal box. Keep her comfy and pleased, but collectively trying to keep her under control.
Gaia is not afraid, she's just being herself. Yes, she gets mad, but that's a way for us to remember she's there. The other ones are just spending their time in fooling us, the humans, and taking advantage of every moment they can. Keeping Gaia busy is power for them. More time for them to survive, more time for them living their dream and bringing us with them.
Their ego can't take it. Gaia breaks all the rules ever imposed to the Gods, yet she's the strongest of them all. Owning souls is impossible, but Gaia's inspiration gets closer.
They all go insane for her. Empires and nations have fallen due to her beauty. She was just a little bird playfully existing, and yet that was enough for us to go crazy.
Well, the warrior has had enough of that. He's particular ability of loving like no one else has caught Gaia's attention many times. So, the warrior has experienced her love in many situations, as a slave, commander, thief or king. He could see in her eyes the eternal emptiness of dissapointment. The never ending pause of doubt. The no reverse effect of changing her mind. And her devastating certainty of not coming back. After this, death for the warrior is one more friend, nothing to be afraid of.
