Darkness is us. We need to acknowledge it. That’s why we come to heal. To witness either a little spark of light or the big explosion of life.
Nothing less. We shouldn’t expect otherwise. Any other thing are just lies said to justify their bad manners and their bad outcomes.
With honesty and transparency, there’s nothing bad coming. Because already truth is protecting. The field and us, we are already immune and nothing is there to fear.
With intentions always clear, there’s no space for doubt and no space for demons to appear.
This is a big part of healing already done but no one else but ourselves. And this is what stays, this is what we can repeat until is fully processed. We, fully diving into the spectrum of love and light, with comfidence and sacred trust. Nothing can stop us. Nothing can tell us otherwise.
And then the medicine comes, as a comforting palm in the shoulder and a little stroke in the head. You are never alone. And you were never truly lost. You were always finding your way. You went for it and this is what you get.
